What I think makes my family special is simple: our son, Lucas & the love that he brings to our lives. I’m 35 and we tried for so many years to have our family and just when we were about to “give up” we discovered that Lucas was on our way to us. He will be turning 1 year old on November 15th and I have to say that this past year has been the most amazing year of mine and my husband’s lives both individually and collectively. Lucas makes our life and even those around us so much happier, richer and fuller; he loves to smile, giggle and flirt with everyone he sees and when he reaches out to hug me, well, it makes all the yuckiness of the day seem to melt away instantly. So, as simple as it is, this is what makes my family special to me & I love that I can share it with others too!

Here is our family We do not have any family pictures of all 4 of us yet. My son spent the first month in the hospital, and struggled at home until the last month . Now all is well and we do have some Christmas pictured booked. Each day is precious and we treat it that way. I am glad to have him here with us. Now we are a “millionaires family” Where is our cheque? lolI want to be the Born Free family of the month because we are real. We are real people. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works really hard to give our children the world. What makes my family special is everything. I cannot sum it up in a sentence. From the way my daughter sequels with excitement when my husband pulls in the driveway after work, to the way my son pats my face when I feed him. Our children makes our family special!

Our Family! I just love them. We feel that being close and making time for everyone is really important. My husband and I try to make every day special and fun for our boys! Every day is filled with so much love,laughing and learning.I think what makes our family special is our boys and working hard to give them all the love and kindness and support we have! To have a family is such a blessing.
